A Resolution pursuant to §11-40-1, §38-2-9, 11-47-19, §11-47-11 and §11-43-55 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, to authorize the Mayor to expend funds and execute agreements for the Birmingham Police Department (“BPD”) to host a Back-to-School Bookbag Giveaway and Resource Fair for the inhabitants of the City at the Birmingham Crossplex on Saturday August 1, 2026.
