CONSENT ITEM 50. A Resolution approving the agreement with Tyco Integrated Security, LLC, Irondale, Alabama, for a term not to exceed three (3) years, in an amount not to exceed $122.50/annually, to provide reactivation of the fire alarm monitoring accoun
