CONSENT ITEM 64. A Resolution approving payment to D & R Appliance dba Appliance Connection, Birmingham, AL for appliances for the Fire Department, not to exceed $2,825.00, in accordance with Section 3-1-7 of the Birmingham City Code, and authorizing the
