CONSENT ITEM 21. A Resolution amending Resolution No. 1028-15, adopted by the Council July 7, 2015, which fixed a special assessment in the amount of $3,523.00 against the property located at 3620 - Laurel Avenue SW & Storage Shed, Birmingham, for the cos
