CONSENT ITEM 6. A Resolution approving the agreement with CSX Transportation, Inc., Jacksonville, Florida, in an amount not to exceed $32,434.00, inclusive of any reimbursable expenses, to facilitate the development of the New At-Grade Crossing and Closur
