CONSENT ITEM 24. A Resolution (1) finding that the activities associated with "Get to Know Your Neighbor Day" in the Bush Hills neighborhood, constitutes a public purpose; (2) authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Larry Hayes to provide disc
