ITEM 22. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement whereby Foresite Towers LLC for AT&T Mobility is allowed to install three (3) stealth boxes at 2101 - 6th Avenue North to be located within the right of way of 6th Avenue North, Richa
