CONSENT ITEM 57. A Resolution determining that Rumpshaker, Inc.?s 4th Annual 5k Run/Walk for Colon Cancer to be held at Sloss Furnaces on March 31, 2012, serves a public purpose that promotes goodwill and serves a public interest, and requesting that
