CONSENT ITEM 26. A Resolution (1) finding that the total payment of $500.00 to Project Hopewell, Inc. to help fund the Chocolate Nutcracker, constitutes a public purpose; (2) authorizing the expenditure of the total amount of $500.00, including $250.00
