An Ordinance “TO FURTHER AMEND THE CAPITAL FUND BUDGET” by transferring $44,979.53 from Miscellaneous Projects, $22,000.00 from City Hall Elevator Repair, $113,562.47 from Funds Available, $12,251.25 from Inglenook Recreation Center
Would allocate opioid litigation settlement funds to the City Attorney's office for neighborhood revitalization programs. If approved, residents could see new community-focused initiatives funded through this recovery money.
Council would authorize spending $7,403 in General Fund dollars on office furniture for the Information Management Services Department, sourced through a competitive state master agreement.
