Would authorize removal of an abandoned gray 2005 Lexus ES300 parked at 360 Observatory Dr. If approved, the registered owner would be assessed the cost of removal. The vehicle has been deemed a public nuisance.
If approved, would establish a 12-month outdoor respite site staffed by harm-reduction trained practitioners, offering Narcan, hydration, care coordination, and bathrooms to people at highest risk of opioid overdose. Open 12–14 hours daily, 7 days a week.
