Council to fund Heal the Block community event with Offender Alumni Association

Would allocate $7,000 from Districts 6 and 9 discretionary funds to host a community healing and unity event on August 1, 2026, bringing together residents, families, and local organizations to promote wellness and access to resources in the neighborhood.
