Council to declare 274 properties blighted by noxious weeds

Consent Public Safety

Would allow the city to remove dangerous weeds from vacant or neglected parcels across multiple neighborhoods if council approves. A public hearing on September 1, 2026 will let property owners object before abatement work begins.
