Council to remove inoperable vehicle as public nuisance at 337 SW 23rd St

Would authorize removal of an abandoned 2-door blue Cadillac from a residential property. Removal costs would be charged to the registered vehicle owner. If approved, the property would be cleared of the nuisance.
