City to sell foreclosed property at 321 Iota Avenue to Mitchell and Carroll

If approved, the city would transfer the 321 Iota Avenue property to Sheila J. Mitchell and LaTisa D. Carroll for $8,123, clearing a city-owned parcel from its foreclosure inventory and returning it to private ownership.
