Council to declare 352 properties public nuisances for noxious weeds; hearing se

If approved, the city would formally declare 352 properties blighted by overgrown vegetation as public nuisances and begin abatement proceedings. Property owners would receive notice and can protest the designation at a public hearing before city removal of the weeds.
