Council to authorize $7.5M uniform contract with Galls, LLC for police departmen

If approved, would authorize the city to purchase uniforms and equipment for the Birmingham Police Department over three years under a national purchasing cooperative agreement. Up to $2.5M per year would be spent from the general fund.
