An Ordinance approving, and authorizing the Mayor to execute, an Intergovernmental Agreement with City of Mountain Brook, Alabama, pursuant to which the City of Mountain Brook will install a public art sculpture at the center of a public roundabout located on Cahaba Road within Birmingham’s corporate limits near the Mountain Brook boundary and the City of Birmingham will grant the City of Mountain Brook access to the right-of-way for installation and maintenance of the sculpture.
