A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Amended Scope of Work to the Amendment to the Services Agreement with Ernst & Young LLP, under which Ernst & Young LLP Southern Research Institute will provide advisory services in connection with the provision of consulting services for American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) and State Local Fiscal Recovery Funds ("SLFRF"), to extend the term of the Agreement to a term ending on April 30, 2027 and to provide compensation in an amount not to exceed $1,193,117.00 for services provided during the extended term for a total amount not to exceed $6,745,117.00.
