Would allow a projecting blade sign on the building exterior at 2129 2nd Avenue North. The sign would extend into public right-of-way to mark a new residential and retail space.
If approved, would allow Theodore By Tre Luna, LLC to install a fenced courtyard (fence, gates, concrete pad) on public right-of-way behind 3211 2nd Avenue South. Sets terms for private use of city land.
Would allow Urban Beverage 3, LLC to install a projecting flag sign on the public right of way for a new bar and lounge. If approved, the sign would be subject to city encroachment license terms and maintenance standards.
Would authorize removal of nuisances on 137 properties throughout the city and place cleanup costs as liens against the properties. If approved, property owners would be responsible for abatement charges.
If approved, the city would demolish a building deemed unsafe and a public nuisance. The property would be cleared and potentially prepared for redevelopment or reuse, removing a hazard from the neighborhood.
If approved, the city would remove an inoperable blue 2007 Chevrolet Caprice classified as a public nuisance. The registered owner would be assessed the removal costs. This would clear blight from the neighborhood.
