Council to authorize $1.2M ARPA funding amendment for Land Bank property acquisi
If approved, would increase total ARPA funding to the Birmingham Land Bank Authority to $1.2M. Would support property acquisition and title clearance in Districts 5 and 8, including neighborhood improvements in Belview Heights that could accelerate community revitalization.
