If approved, the city would abate nuisances on 127 properties across Birmingham and place liens on those parcels to recover cleanup costs. Property owners would be responsible for paying the abatement expenses.
Inoperable vehicle on 2024 SW 13th Street will be towed and scrapped; removal costs charged to the registered owner. Reduces neighborhood blight and hazard.
Abandoned vehicles are nuisances that attract crime and lower neighborhood appeal. The city will remove this silver Nissan pickup and bill the registered owner for costs.
