Noise waiver approved for Mardi Gras Park, Nov 26-27

Tiffany Montaigne can hold an event at Mardi Gras Park with loudspeakers or music from 6:30 a.m.–11 a.m. on those dates, even though it would normally violate the city's noise ordinance. Neighbors in the area should expect early-morning noise.
