Special Events License approved for Birmingham Artwalk Sept 9–10

Birmingham Artwalk, Inc. gets permission to close streets from Morris Avenue to 2nd Avenue North (21st to 25th Street North) for a two-day arts festival September 9–10. Residents and commuters in that corridor should expect traffic disruptions.
