A Resolution to rescind Resolution No. 1460-15, adopted on September 22, 2015 in the amount of $300.00, which authorized a contract with the Board of Education to provide transportation for students from various schools to participate in
Public Works would secure routine materials (crushed stone, riprap, sand) at competitive bid prices for road maintenance and infrastructure work over the next year.
Would secure janitorial services at the Negro Southern League Museum and A.G. Gaston Motel for three years through a competitively bid contract with the lowest-responsive bidder.
If approved, Baldwin Properties would redevelop a vacant or underutilized structure into residential and commercial space, creating an estimated 25–30 jobs and generating ~$492K in annual revenue. The City would provide up to $300K in forgivable loan support.
