CONSENT ITEM 10. A Resolution accepting the lump sum proposal of Vision Landscapes, Irondale, Alabama, in the amount of $34,500.00, for Red Mountain Expressway Tree Clearing and Debris Removal, this being the lowest and best proposal submitted, and author
