CONSENT ITEM 45. A Resolution determining that the 2014 Central Alabama Sickle Cell Gala, to be held February 1, 2014 at the Sheraton Hotel Grand Ballroom, serves a public purpose that promotes goodwill and serves a public interest, and requesting that Ci
