CONSENT ITEM 19. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama, Inc. under which Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama, Inc. agrees to provide services relating to the solicitation, collection and transmission
