The council will accept the lowest bid of $326,741.80 from Southeastern Sealcoating, Inc. for drainage improvements on 5th Avenue South at 32nd Street.

The Council is asked to authorize the Department of Transportation to install a street dedication marker honoring the 100th anniversary of the Omicron Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

The city council will appropriate $7.5 million in additional General Fund budget for fiscal year 2026, including $4.5 million for district funding, $1 million for a stormwater master plan, and $2 million for sidewalk improvements. These funds address infrastructure and local allocation priorities.
